On demand programs are provided via the app Physitrack, which is a Physiotherapy program with a vast library of exercises which can be provided specific to your needs and goals.Â
End Physio provides various on demand programs for specific conditions and goals. In addition to generalised programs you can have your on demand program designed specific to your personal needs and goals and progressed with you.
The app includes videos with descriptions and explanations, including recommended weights and repetitions.
A PDF, written version of your program is also provided with a QR scan code so you can watch the videos on line or by downloading the app.
The benefit of on demand programs is when living remote from the End Physio, Pilates & Bone Physio studio, in West End, South Brisbane, you can still perform your daily program. You can either choose a program suited to your condition and goal and work through independently, purchase a supported program or request a supported program designed specific to you. The on demand programs specific to you, are also a great add on with the in studio, Telehealth or Home visit sessions, to assist with daily independent practice and progress, or also work well in isolation.
