Telehealth

Telehealth session with End Physio Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist

Sessions via Telehealth are scheduled in advance with a zoom room code emailed to you or can be made by video call to your phone. Each session lasts for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Onero Bone Density Licensed Practitioner, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.

The benefits of attending your session via Teleheath is saving travel time, attending if you  have been unwell and need to isolate and not needing to live locally to attend sessions. You are recommended to wear stretchy, breathable exercise clothing and clear a space  near your lap top or mobile phone with a yoga or pilates mat to work on and any other equipment your Physiotherapist has requested for you to use for your program. Have close by a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel for wiping away any sweat. Bookings are required for all Telehealth sessions and spaces are limited in group classes so there is plenty of attention for all clients. Once you have been assessed you can book in person after your previous session, text message, call or email to schedule your next private or group session.
