If you don’t have a goal, it’s hard to be motivated to exercise. If your goal isn’t specific, it will prove to be very difficult to have the motivation or knowledge of how to achieve the goal. Working with an experienced, knowledgeable Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Yoga Therapist provides both the HOW and the confidence that it can be done!Â
We all have our ups and downs when it comes to improving our strength, function, health and wellbeing, but setting smart short-term and long-term health and fitness goals before we start training will make the difference between actually reaching our targets and giving up.
