Sessions in the studio are face to face for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Onero Bone Density Licensed Practitioner, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
The Physiotherapy, Onero Bone Density, Pilates and Yoga exercise studio is located on Boundary Street, West End, South Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, in an area named Hill End, in the quiet end of the suburb, away from noise and hustle, near the Brisbane river.
The studio is fully equipped with all Physiotherapy exercise, Onero Strength Training, Pilates and Yoga equipment in clean and perfect order. The studio overlooks a leafy, relaxing garden.
The benefits of attending the studio for sessions are the hands on correction, friendly encouraging community and wide range of adaptable equipment.
You are recommended to wear stretchy, breathable exercise clothing, bring a towel to use on mats and equipment, gripper socks, (also available for purchase in the studio), and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Bookings are required for all studio sessions as spaces are limited so there is space and attention for all clients.

After ante natal and post natal assessment, to ensure you are being provided with safe, effective exercises for you personally, you will be provided with a program incorporating Physiotherapy exercise, Pilates and Yoga Therapy.
Your exercise program will be progressed and adapted according to your trimester, any injuries or discomfort and tailored specific to your needs and goals, to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, delivery and post natal recovery.
