Let’s begin with a “get organised month”!

Let’s get organised and stay organised once and for all!

Ways to get organised

Make a list of what you need to purchase to get started.

Get yourself organised with a gym membership, if you plan to join a gym.

Visit and ask to be shown around a few gyms and ask plenty of questions to check you have found the best gym to suit your current needs.

Check the weights they have, any group exercise classes they run that may interest you.

Check how approachable and friendly the staff are.

Make sure your gym is not too far a drive, as this will put you off going when you’re tired!

Remember convenience is important to make it easier to attend regularly and stay motivated.

If its too hard to get to the gym when you’re busy or tired you’ll be less likely to make it a regular part of your schedule.

How to get my life organised

Being organised in life:

Think who you can you exercise with regularly, to motivate and support one another. Lock in your days and times in your diary and stick to them.

Don’t let your exercise buddy down!

Getting organised with your workouts will help you with how to become more organised in life in general, as the same rules apply.

Do you have more questions?

How many exercises in a workout?

How many exercises in a gym workout?
