Home visit Physiotherapy exercises with End Physio Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist

Home visit or Gym Visit sessions are face to face for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.

Home or gym visits are provided within a 15 minute radius of the End Physio studio, located on Boundary Street, West End, Queensland, Australia. Occasionally I can travel further, but charge is higher for travel over 30 minutes total travel time.

The benefits of home visits for sessions are not needing to leave your home, not requiring your own transport, saving travel time and not needing to live locally to attend sessions. You will receive the hands on correction of exercises and a range of suitable small Physiotherapy exercises, Pilates and Yoga equipment, recommended for your practice can be brought to you.

You are recommended to wear stretchy, breathable exercise clothing, have a towel handy to use on mats and equipment, gripper socks, also available for purchase in the studio and have a water bottle close by to stay hydrated.

The benefits of gym visits are being able to set your program up with the equipment available at your gym and show you which pieces of equipment to use and how to use them effectively and safely.

Once you are confident with your exercises they can be added to the app, with a reminder video and the correct weights, repetitions and sets recorded for you.

Bookings are required for all home and gym visit sessions as spaces are limited and 2 hours need to be available consecutively, to allow for travel and an hour session.

Once you have been assessed you can book in person after your previous session, text message, call or email to schedule your next home visit private session.
