Yoga Therapy is a personalised approach to wellness that combines yoga postures, breath work, and mindfulness techniques to address specific physical, mental, and emotional health concerns. Yoga therapy promotes healing, balance, and resilience by adapting and applying yoga practices to individual needs.
Sessions in the studio are face to face for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.
Sessions via Telehealth are scheduled in advance with a zoom room code emailed to you, or can be made by video call to your phone. Each session lasts for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.​
Home visit or Gym Visit sessions are face to face for approximately one hour with Emma Najman, your Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Yoga Therapist.​
On demand programs are provided via the app Physitrack, which is a Physiotherapy program with a vast library of exercises which can be provided specific to your needs and goals.
