After ante natal and post natal assessment, to ensure you are being provided with safe, effective exercises for you personally, you will be provided with a program incorporating Physiotherapy exercise, Pilates and Yoga Therapy.
Your exercise program will be progressed and adapted according to your trimester, any injuries or discomfort and tailored specific to your needs and goals, to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, delivery and post natal recovery.
